Thanks to video games like Guitar Hero playing electric guitars has remained one the great instruments to play. Playing the electric guitar became the thing to do back in the early 60′s when a little known band called The Beatles brought a sound to rock and roll that revived what the late Buddy Holly tried to do.

While playing Guitar Hero with it’s electric guitar, and bass guitar copies that emulate their original guitars, there’s nothing like playing the real thing. Playing guitar is an accomplishment that only a few people know, and many people are in awe of. It is something you can take with you through your lifetime, no matter what your skill level is.

So for all you Guitar Hero gurus I say put down those fake guitars and pick up a real electric guitar, you will be glad you did.
