In my previous blog I wrote about going to a hockey game New Years Eve Dec. 31st 2009. After the game they had their annual puck dropping ceremony, this is going on at the same time the ball is dropping from Times Square in New York.
Along with the magician the RBC Center in Raleigh, North Carolina had they alwo showed the feed from New York with who ever was performing that night. Along with the hockey game I was looking for someone I recognized, but that didn’t happen.
I remember Dec. 31st 1999 the festivities at Disney World in Florida the performers that night were Christopher Cross ans STYX . Now that was a night I could relate to. I can picture someone reading this and saying Christopher Cross? Check out come of his videos, especially the song “All Right”. After hearing and possibly seeing a video of this song you will find he is quite a good guitarist. I have seen him playing an electric guitar and an Taylor acoustic guitar at the NAMM show in 2008. With him there’s no theatrics as with some performers just a good quality guitar sound.
